All pre-training activities include consultation, goal setting, body fat measurements, V02 testings, and other tests specific to goals. Training is intense, hard, sweaty, and totally worth it. HOW Often to Train: Depending on your specific sport, training is required multiple times per week to meet desired goals and outcomes.
