Group Fitness and Wellness Classes: Our classes are one of the most popular options because provides a world-class workout experience in a group setting at a great value. These classes are designed for over-achievers who would like to take their workout to the next level or individuals who want to lose weight, drop fat and increase their metabolism. The classes include a host of athletics games, drills, and dynamic movements that will strengthen the body from the inside out and will allow every participant to feel like they are in the best shape of their life.
